Are you using a plugin? Which one? And what problems have you experienced. There are a number of contact form plugin options available. I've used "Contact Form 7" across several of the blogs I manage and have not noticed any problems but then again, when it doesn't work we may never know. Still, if you'd like help figuring out the "issues" you're experiencing let me know.
